This is the part of the Push that should be the easiest for us because Ryan and I spend as much time as we can in the ocean year around.

4. Body Surfing: This is just what it sounds like, we use our bodies to ride waves and go as long as you can.

5. Wave Ski: A wave ski is part surfboard, part kayak and you sit on it and paddle into the waves and ride them. It's very maneuverable is pretty difficult to stay up on.

6. Paddle Boarding: The hottest new craze in the surf world. You stand up with your feet parallel on a very large surfboard and use a paddle to move around the water.

7. Surfing: use a short board or long board based on the wave size. The bigger the wave, the better for us. Ryan is a regular and I am goofy but we both like going back side as well.

8. Body Boarding: it's all about ripping up the wave while laying on your stomach or on one knee. Our friends at Big Rock are amazing, they get sick air drops and a ton of barrels.
